I offer pregnancy, birth & postpartum doula support, in customized packages.
During the months of your pregnancy, I will make myself available to you, to help you navigate through all the information & choices you will encounter. I will visit with you, discuss your concerns, offer information & resources to help you to know your options in planning for the "birth" day & beyond.
When the day arrives, I will be by your side to give continuous support to you and your partner until your precious one is in your arms & you & your partner are ready to rest.
During the postpartum period, I offer support in your home as you adjust to caring for your newborn. This support is intended to build your own confidence & trust in yourself as a new parent. This can be an overwhelming time, & having caring, nonjudgemental support & guidance can make the transition much smoother & fulfilling for the whole family.
The intention of this childbirth education is to empower you as a birthing couple, to know your options and understand the process of birth.

The human placenta is rich in vitamins, minerals and hormones that can greatly enhance a woman’s recovery from birth through nourishing her blood and reducing the onset of postpartum depression when ingested. Further benefits include enhancing breast milk production, improving energy and quality of sleep, all of which are crucial to a new mom’s ability to adjust to both the physical and emotional changes that take place after baby is born.
I will pick up your placenta from your home or hospital ideally within 24 hours of your birth. The encapsulation process will take 24 to 48 hours to complete. Once your capsules are ready I will deliver them to you and provide information on taking the capsules. A single placenta will yield approximately 80-150 capsules.
